Have you set in place a reward system for achieving your goals and milestones? Rewards are a great way to motivate yourself. It doesn't need to be something large- perhaps a visit to your favourite restaurant or that new piece of clothing you've been promising yourself.
Do you have clear reasons WHY you want this goal? The bigger the reason the easier it will be for you to maintain momentum.
